• New students, with or without previous experience with spiritual practice, who would like to explore the transformative powers of Yoga, Mantra Japa, Meditation and Reiki.    

• Existing students who would like to commit more deeply to their spiritual path, to increase the level of growth and freedom, to reach new heights, with consistency and devotion.   

The following services are available to suit your individual needs. A personalized program will  be created with one or a combination of the modalities below. 

• Yoga - the physical practice of Yoga (asanas) for increased strength and vitality, flexibility, harmony and peace of mind. 

• Mantra Japa - the repetition of ancient Sanskrit mantras as a form of meditation, to cultivate stillness, reduce negativity, manifest abundance on all levels and soften karma.

• Guided Meditation - instruction on mindfulness, focus and concentration exercises (trataka) which  train the mind for one-pointedness, help cultivate attention and awareness and achieve mental clarity, stability and emotional calm. 

• Breathwork - exercises and techniques called Pranayama or breath control, the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. Prana means "vital life force", and yama means “to gain control.” Focusing on the breath elevates your life force energy, reduces stress and balances the body and mind.  

• Relaxation Techniques - guided instruction specifically designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, reduce fatigue, strengthen immunity, improve sleep, reduce pain, support brain function and rejuvenate the body. 

• Healing Reiki - a form of energy healing which activates the natural healing processes and  restores physical and emotional well-being. You can easily be guided to give “self” Reiki or receive in-person or “long distance” Reiki. 

*Vedic Arati & Puja Ceremonies can also be incorporated into your program, on an individual basis. Additional expenses may apply. 

*Sessions are given virtually via Zoom, over the phone or in-person and are always confidential. 

Private Sessions: Private 1 hour, one-on-one, bi-monthly sessions with Raji.

Guidance and Support: Guidance to help identify, clarify and support challenges on your path. Suggestions on practical tools for positive change. Acknowledgment of goals met and victories. 

Lead Practices: Depending on what’s needed during Private Sessions; Yoga, Mantra Japa, Guided Meditation, Breathwork and Relaxation Techniques, Healing Reiki. 

Suggested Practices: Step-by-step home disciplines to assist transformation from the modalities listed above, which can include handouts, reading assignments, audio recordings, and/or video recordings to help assist personal practices.  

Online Access: Between session assistance via email, if needed. 

FREE Yoga Classes via Zoom: Participation in any of the Mentorship Program formats include yoga! Classes are on Monday and Thursday.

• 3 Month Program - $1,200 (a $1,392 value)  

• 6 Month Program - $2,400 (a $3,000 value) *includes 2 complimentary private sessions of choice. 

• 12 Month Program - $4,800 (a $6,128 value) *includes 4 complimentary private sessions of choice.

• I am a complete beginner. Do I need to have experience to sign up? No, not at all. This is an opportunity to learn and grow. No experience is needed to begin this journey, just curiosity and trust. Raji brings care and compassion to her work in guiding you to the next level of evolution.

• I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for many years. Can I still benefit from this program? Yes, absolutely. The path of transformation is an evolving, continuous path, both full of wonder and dedication. During the growth process, layers of illusion are removed, the doors to health and wholeness open, but there are likely residual areas to address. To maintain new levels of awareness takes time, integration, the proper guidance and consistent practice!  

• What is the difference between the 2025 Mentorship Program and just scheduling a Private Session with Raji whenever I want to? Commitment! This Mentorship Program is designed to support your life path with frequent sessions and check-ins, guided practices, step-by-step home disciplines with audio/video recordings and FREE Yoga. It’s designed to assure consistent growth over time, weaving Raji’s expertise of facilitation with your willingness to break free of restricted patterns and belief systems. This combination of commitment and support brings enthusiasm, trust in the process, confidence and deep level change.

• Will my at-home suggested practices be the same every month? Probably not. Each time you meet with Raji during your monthly sessions, you’ll discuss what has shifted and how your needs have or have not changed. The length, intensity and frequency of certain disciplines can vary month to month.

• Can I participate in the Mentorship Program with a partner or spouse? This is a tricky one, but certainly a possibility. If there is a shared intention or goal, it could work. The format may need to be refined to accommodate your work together.

• Can I extend my program? Yes you can. After experiencing the benefits of the Private Sessions, guidance and support, and assigned practices, you may want to extend your Mentorship Program. Adjustments can be made to lengthen the format.

• What happens after my Mentorship Program has ended? After you’ve completed the program, there are several wonderful options to help support your path moving forward. Raji will be glad to discuss these options with you.
